Turning a new page is at times difficult, especially when a place is filled with so many memories. A vibrant and youthful energy has been injected into the renewed restaurant with the aim of proposing original and exciting dishes while at the same time keeping to traditions and making the most of the regions’ products. Satisfied and happy clients are the end of day reward for the hard work of the Chef and her staff.

Our cuisine, in pursuit of modernization, would never overlook our cultural and gastronomic tradition and the search for the finest quality ingredients. The proposed menus reflect the seasonal availability of the ingredients, making the most of the Tuscan territory and the diverse experience of our Chef. The Chef proposes dishes that fuse together taste, the history of the ingredients and beauty so that they are pleasing to the eye and the soul.
THE LOCATIONS

of the Restaurant


Just as our cuisine follows the seasons so do the areas for dining. In winter the tables are arranged in the inner rooms and in front of the fireplace in the antique kitchen. In spring one can enjoy a pleasant lunch or dinner in the veranda, while in summer we serve food in the open under the shade of the sycamore tree.
THE WINE CELLAR

of the Restaurant


To accompany our menu, we propose a wine list that along with Tuscan classics includes other gems from Italy. Extreme attention/consideration for the territory and continuing research are the principles that have inspired us in our selection of wines that make up our wine cellar. Although we have prestigious and well known wines, we have chosen to present wines from small vineyards which, although they are less known, are of a high quality and worthy of recognition.
