Villa La Bianca offers our guest a place where they can taste our proposals, in an environment full of memories and perfect to relax. The philosophy of the Restaurant of Relais Villa la Bianca is based on three pillars: the Tuscan cuisine, the seasonality of products and the history of our dishes. Our guests will have the opportunity to approach, or deepen, the knowledge of our regional cuisine. The wine selection of the Relais Villa La Bianca, designed to best accompany the menu, contains a choice of regional wines that let you discover the vineyards and processes that have made Tuscany famous in the world: from Chianti to Bolgheri wines, without forgetting Vermentino and Vernaccia.

At Relais Villa la Bianca guests have the opportunity of a gastronomic journey among the typical dishes of our region: from the cured meats of Camaiore, to Viareggio‘s Trabaccolara; from the Leghorn’s Cacciucco to Florentine steak. Every day a new proposal to visit Tuscany with food.
In addition to the menu, our chef is at guests’ disposal to prepare your bespoke meal, according to your desire and to market availability. Always respecting the seasonality and the local origin of the products.
THE LOCATIONS

As the cuisine follows the seasonality, the place to taste our proposals changes with the succession of seasons. On colder evenings, you can eat around the big table in front of the fireplace in the former Mr. Garboli kitchen or in the historic dining rooms. With the first warmth you can move to the veranda, while in summer meals are served outdoor in the shade of the great plane trees, enjoying the cool atmosphere of the terrace. The large spaces available, allow you to enjoy your food experience with the appropriate privacy, in relax and most total comfort.

You will find in your room our wine proposal. We thought that a place which was the home of a writer has a duty to spread culture. For this reason, a small booklet has been created t, without any scientific or exhaustive claim, to allow you to have a first knowledge of what wine represents for our region: from the origins to the first diffusion in Europe, from typical vines to novelties; all this between world-renowned labels and small, less-known wine producers, tested and selected throughout the year.
